Larcina C. Hicks
Founder & Executive Director, Elite Pen, Inc.
Larcina C. Hicks is a respected nonprofit executive, certified notary professional, and community leader with more than two decades of experience serving individuals, families, businesses, and nonprofit organizations. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for integrity, professionalism, compassionate leadership, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
As the Founder and Executive Director of Elite Pen, Inc., Larcina established the organization with a vision of making trusted, professional document services accessible while creating a lasting positive impact within the community. She believes every individual deserves access to ethical, accurate, and confidential notary and document support, especially during life's most important moments.
Larcina is an Indiana Commissioned Notary Public, a Certified Notary, a Licensed Indiana Title Insurance Producer, and a Certified Loan Signing Agent. She is licensed, insured, and bonded, providing clients with confidence that every document is handled with precision, security, and professionalism. She is also a proud member of the National Notary Association (NNA) and the Better Business Bureau (BBB), reflecting her commitment to maintaining the highest standards of ethics and professional practice.
Beyond her work in the notary profession, Larcina is an accomplished nonprofit executive with extensive experience in organizational leadership, healthcare administration, regulatory compliance, program development, human resources, quality assurance, and community engagement. She has successfully led nonprofit organizations, developed community initiatives, supported vulnerable populations, and worked collaboratively with government agencies, healthcare providers, and community partners to improve access to essential services.
